What is Himalayan Samarpan Meditation?
Most of us go through life without truly knowing who we are. Ego, expectations, and constant desires leave us stressed and disconnected, while deep inside the soul longs for peace and liberation from negativity.
Himalayan Samarpan Meditation is a simple path to turn inward. It connects us with Universal Consciousness and reminds us that we are more than the body—we are the Soul. Within the soul is wisdom, clarity, and the path to self-realization, waiting to be discovered. By meditating each day, we strengthen this connection. Over time, the soul becomes our own Guru or guide, helping us live with purpose, enhance our spiritual values, and experience inner peace. This isn’t a method or technique. It is a path that meets you where you are and takes you on a journey to inner peace, self-realization and ultimate liberation.

Spirit of Samarpan
Samarpan is a Sanskrit word that means to “Let Go” and to “Surrender”.The spirit of Samarpan is to let go of our thoughts, ego, attachments, expectations, desires, and fears –and to willfully surrender these to Universal Consciousness.
Through Samarpan, we forge a deeper connection with the Consciousness that lives in our Soul. This naturally awakens the pure values and wisdoms that lie within, filling our life with acceptance, forgiveness, gratitude, love and inner-peace.

Practicing the Meditation
Most meditation practices teach you how to do something—control your breath, focus on a candle, follow a sequence of kriyas (exercises). Himalayan Samarpan Meditation asks you to do nothing at all.
In Himalayan Samarpan Meditation, we simply spend 30 minutes a day in the quiet company of our soul. We begin with simple instructions to sit comfortably wherever we are. The meditation starts with reciting a gentle yet powerful mantra – sacred words that are filled with Consciousness. As we meditate, we keep gentle awareness on our crown (top of the head), letting the experience unfold naturally.
During meditation, there is no effort, no technique – just quiet observation of what is happening in silence. In this silent state of surrender, our inner wisdom—the guru within—quietly begins to awaken, guiding us through a process of transformation that happens effortlessly. This meditation isn’t something to believe in—it’s something to experience. And once you do, nothing will feel quite the same.
