The Journey

His Holiness Shree Shivkrupanand Swamiji, affectionately called Baba Swami, is a Living Saint who spent 16-years in the Himalayas. Since childhood, Swamiji showed a spiritual inclination with a deep longing for Truth. He continued to lead a simple family life until He was specially selected by the spiritual gurus to travel to the the Himalayas and become a medium for their mission of uplifting humanity. There, He immersed in the teachings of the sages and ancient meditation practices. Through surrendering to their wisdom, He attained enlightened and was transformed into a Himalayan saint. He was given the name of His Holiness Shree Shivkrupanand Swami and the mission to share this timeless knowledge with the world. In mid-1990s, Swamiji returned to society and introduced Himalayan Samarpan Meditation to humanity.

The Work

Swamiji has been selflessly sharing this gift of self-realization for free. He travels all over the world to awaken inner peace and to promote the vision of One World, One Family

Ensuring no one becomes dependent on him for progress or protection, He is teaching seekers how to go within, connect with the pure wisdom of their soul and to become their own guide.

Over the years, Swamiji has served youth, women, farmers, teachers, doctors, police, military, and saints across all areas of society. He shows how yoga and holistic living help individuals and communities thrive. Many disciples, especially outside India, connect with Him not through words but through the deeper language of spiritual vibrations.

In 2024, Swamiji was honored by the UK Parliament with the title of “Global Peace and Wellness Ambassador.” Earlier, in 2020, he was appointed as the Goodwill Ambassador for Nepal. Most recently, the Permanent Mission of India to the United Nations expressed its appreciation through a formal letter, recognizing Swamiji’s global influence and leadership in promoting World Meditation Day.

Continuing this journey of service, in June 2025 Swamiji led a Himalayan Samarpan Meditation Camp at the United Nations Headquarters in Vienna, Austria—a gathering dedicated to inner peace and collective spiritual upliftment.

Aura of Enlightened Saint

An Aura is the energy field (or the bio-electro magnetic field) that exists around everyone.
Similar to a thumbprint, it is unique for each person and reflects our thoughts, emotions, and
spiritual state. Nowadays, a person’s Aura can be captured using Kirlian photography.

In 2001, a golden energy spectrum was captured around Swamiji’s body, indicating generosity, inner joy
and enlightenment – a state achieved in the Himalayas. In 2018, his Aura was captured again, transforming
from a golden energy spectrum to a violet energy field, indicating inner peace, a blissful state of mind,
and an even deeper connection with the universe.

Through his Aura, Swamiji’s shows that the highest state of meditation can be attained while living in society,
and that true spiritual progress is possible when meditating daily.
