World Meditation Day, observed each year on December 21, is a global invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with our inner peace. Chosen to align with the Winter Solstice — the longest night of the year — this day symbolizes turning inward, finding stillness, and awakening inner light.

Recognized globally for its spiritual and wellness significance, World Meditation Day unites millions across cultures, traditions, and spiritual paths. It serves as a reminder that inner harmony is the foundation for outer harmony — and that peace can begin with a single, conscious breath.
